THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
The Senior / Principal Product Manager, Returns will drive strategic initiatives to reduce return rates, improve customersβ return experience, enhance operational efficiency, build our first party returns warehouse, and increase returns recovery rates across our ecosystem. This role focuses on upstream interventions, downstream operations, and site experiences that shape the end-to-end returns lifecycle. The ideal candidate will innovate on customer, data, and operational solutions to drive better and more personalized customer experiences to increase conversion and decrease returns.
