Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships and act as a liaison with executives, technical leads, third party vendors and key stakeholders to identify opportunities for collaboration and help address immediate business needs.
- Lead daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, backlog prioritization, user story creation and feature refinements.
- Balance diverse requests and priorities to build the active and vision roadmap, prioritize products during sprint planning and grooming sessions, establish goals and define content for Agile software development.
- Maintain product delivery timelines, that span multiple product verticals, by collaborating with other product and business leaders.
- Work with support teams to monitor and triage product defects and/or outages.
- Use product knowledge, analytics, market research, customer usage data, and competitive analysis to drive decision making.
- Track progress against OKRs, measure the teamβs impact against business goals.
- Foster an innovative, inclusive, and diverse team environment, promoting positive team culture, encouraging collaboration and self-organization.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or higher in related discipline or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ yearsβ experience as a Product Owner, or Business Analyst.
- Ability to understand the βbig pictureβ and translate into tangible Epics/User stories.
- Experience in working with Agile/Scrum work environment as a Product Owner: writing user stories (JIRA), and following the development process through user story acceptance.
- Experience in direct-to-consumer digital products and sales and marketing tools/platforms.
