As a Product Manager in our Marketing Data Platforms team, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Job responsibilities
- Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
- Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
- Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
- Takes the lead in understanding key business drivers, customer problems and needs to solve, and ensure full alignment of a pristine, prioritized backlog Β
- Proactively identifies gaps to improve customer experience with real time audience activation across paid and owned channelsΒ Β
- Masters use of JIRA, Product Roadmap, Backlog, and has a passion owning the end-to-end experience in a complex area that spans across severalΒ marketing teams in a matrix organizationΒ Β Β
- Challenges the ways of working to improve and take team and partner dynamics to a new Agile level as we continue to evolve as a Product organizationΒ Β
- Engages with cross-functional partners across the organization to lead, align, and maintain productive partnerships throughout the lifecycleΒ Β
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Understanding of the broader MarTech, AdTech measurement platforms and landscapes, connectivity between varied solutions/platforms and identity management of the Customer Data Platforms
- Experience working heavily with cross-functional partners on a daily basis and leveraging those relationships for excellent work product; particularly in partnership with risk and technology partnersΒ Β
- Expertise and comfortability building out and owning a roadmap, backlog, and full end-to-end execution in an agile environmentΒ
- Passionate and vocal, balanced with a willingness to learn and collaborate and work across all levels and backgroundsΒ
- Extensive product management acumen β full end-to-end ownership and a driven spirit to be solution-oriented and path forward mentalityΒ
- Ability to influence stakeholders with diverse points of view and maintain grounded and productive discussionsΒ
- Structured thinker, effective communicator, concise and impactful with excellent written and oral communication skillsΒ
