ThreatMate was founded by a team of technology experts with backgrounds in DoD/National Security, cybersecurity and artificial intelligence. The team previously founded and successively built companies that solved large-scale enterprise grade issues in cybersecurity and network management. With ThreatMate, our team is on a mission to bring enterprise grade cybersecurity and artificial intelligence to protect small and mid-sized companies from cyber threats through Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
You will be joining ThreatMate at a unique time. The market for attack surface management tools is not only growing significantly, but it also presents significant blue ocean opportunities. While we displace competitors, we also empower MSPs with a platform to continuously manage the cyber risks of their clients’ networks. Position Summary
As the Product Manager, you will take full ownership of defining and executing an AI First product strategy for our product within our fast-growing startup company. This is a highly autonomous role where you’ll lead all aspects of product development—research, strategy, execution, and delivery. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to bring innovative features to life as part of our IT platform.
What You’ll Do
- Build out an AI First platform for ThreatMate to be a leader in Cyber Automation
- Own and drive end-to-end product launches—from ideation to go-to-market—ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
- Conduct market research and gather feedback from customers and prospects to deeply understand our target users and identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define a cohesive product vision that aligns with company strategy.
- Communicate the product direction clearly to engineering and stakeholders to maintain alignment and focus.
- Work with Product Development to validate scope, effort, and delivery schedules for proposed features, ensuring a feasible and impactful product roadmap.
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on market opportunity, business impact through customer value, and return on investment.
- Plan and coordinate go-to-market activities with stakeholders across departments to support successful and smooth product releases.
- Define and track success metrics (KPIs) to evaluate the impact of each release and guide future iterations for continuous improvement.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to ensure the product remains competitive and forward-thinking.

About You
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS product management within an agile environment.
- Experience in building generative AI, machine learning, and cybersecurity into SaaS products
- Experience in building SaaS platforms for the Managed Service Provider (MSP) market.
- Experience in managing product roadmaps and on-time delivery of capabilities
- You excel at simplifying complex problems into clear, actionable solutions.
- You’re highly self-motivated and driven to take ownership from strategy through execution, always having a problem-solver mindset.
- You’re resourceful, resilient, and thrive in a fast-paced, independent role.
- You enjoy collaborating cross-functionally while being comfortable making decisions on your own.
