Description

Healthcare is too important to stay the same. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the creation of novel and innovative healthcare technology that vastly improves the experience, efficiency, and outcomes of healthcare. In this role, you will apply multiple design techniques and industry-leading technologies such as Oracle Health Clinical AI Agent to complex challenges experienced in markets globally.

You will work as part of a passionate and highly skilled clinical product management team. The ideal candidate has experience with applied artificial intelligence (AI) and understanding of the healthcare domain. For example, we are most interested in a candidate who can demonstrate:

  • Problem ideation and application of artificial intelligence to reduce user cognitive burden or effort
  • Knowledge of clinical roles such as nurse and physician
  • An appreciation of key differences between clinic and hospital settings of care

This product management team serves as the central resource and driving force for the design, planning, delivery, quality, and marketing of healthcare products as they move from conception to distribution. You will be expected to organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.

In this role, you will gather and analyze information to define product requirements and review design specifications utilizing customer design workgroups, members of Oracle's User Experience teams, Oracle's large staff of licensed clinicians, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Product Vision & Strategy: Define and implement the vision, strategy, and roadmap in line with Oracle Health's portfolio strategy.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Engage with healthcare stakeholders to gather insights, ensuring products address market need and create user delight.
  • Product Development & Innovation: Drive new product development and enhancements to existing solutions, utilizing innovative approaches to meet market demands and improve competitive positioning.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, consulting, sales, and other teams to manage product releases, integration, and successful deployment to clients.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage market research, analytics, and feedback to inform product direction and prioritize features based on customer impact and business goals.
  • Agile Product Management: Own the product backlog, define user stories, and lead Agile development to deliver solutions that address real-world healthcare challenges.
  • Thought Leadership & Evangelism: Serve as a product ambassador, sharing the product vision and strategy through presentations, conferences, and social media.
  • Quality & Continuous Improvement: Maintain a focus on delivering high-quality solutions and fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure development processes are being met and well documented to ensure your product maintains regulatory compliance. Serve as the product representative during external regulatory audits (e.g., FDA).

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $74,700 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
