Job Description:
This job is responsible for supporting and fostering relationships with Executives and Application Managers. Key responsibilities include serving as a point of contact for development teams' infrastructure requirements, managing client relationships and portfolios of work, and communicating key technology strategies to stakeholders. Job expectations include escalating complex service requests and unresolved issues across functional teams, driving innovative business solutions, and leveraging technical and enterprise knowledge to work across structures to meet customer needs.

Required Skills:

Leader will be responsible for overseeing each Global Technology Data Channel and Data Channel platform to ensure on-going compliance to Enterprise Data Management requirements, specifically Enterprise Data Transmission requirements as it pertains to how channels control the transmission of data between Bank of America and Third-Party entities.Β Role requires:

  • Management and execution of the Data Management Technology and Enterprise Architecture Team’s required oversight and governance process for Data Channels
  • Maintaining a list of Data Channels owned and operated by Global Technology, and ensuring channels are documented as such in appropriate systems of record, process inventories, and procedural documents
  • Reviewing control requirements with data channel owners, and ensuring data channels are compliant with control requirements
  • Working with Enterprise Architecture and Channel Owners to ensure GT Capabilities and Blueprints are properly updated to reflect current and future state evolution of data channel environment
  • Working with Enterprise Architecture, Channel Owners, and EDSGO to identify and implement controls for new data channels should they arise
  • Working across Global Technology and EDSGO to drive Data Channel improvements such as: improved compliance, integrated controls, and operational excellence opportunities stemming from integrated processes and controls.
