Product Manager, CloudKitchens

The System of Record Platform team builds and maintains a suite of software that serves as the foundational data platform for all merchant operations at CloudKitchens. This includes managing key restaurant entities, integrations with external partners, and ensuring a seamless operational experience for customers.
What you’ll do
You will drive the roadmap and strategic direction for our System of Record Platform, which includes:
- Owning and scaling the System of Record that supports restaurant data management, including entities such as Organizations, Brands, Stores, and Accounts.
- Building platform capabilities that enable seamless integrations with delivery aggregators, POS systems, and other third-party restaurant technology providers.
- Ensuring data consistency and reliability across CloudKitchens’ ecosystem by implementing best-in-class data governance, API standardization, and platform observability.
- Collaborating with engineering, design, and operations teams to enhance system capabilities, optimize performance, and expand platform reach.
- Defining the roadmap for external APIs that allow restaurant groups and partners to connect seamlessly with CloudKitchens.
- Driving efficiency and automation, reducing manual processes, and increasing self-service capabilities for customers.
- Partnering with stakeholders across CloudKitchens to understand evolving business needs and ensuring the platform scales with company growth.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of experience in product management or relevant experience in platform, and data-focused products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Experience building and scaling platform products—ideally System of Record, API-first products, or merchant platforms.
- Strong technical understanding of APIs, databases, and data modeling. Experience working on data-heavy products or enterprise integrations is a plus.
- Experience working with engineering and design teams to develop scalable and customer-friendly platform solutions.
- Data-driven decision-making skills with proficiency in SQL and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to executive and cross-functional audiences.
- Experience in restaurant technology, or B2B SaaS is a plus.
- Experience with Scraping technologies and web crawlers is a plus.
