While consumer financial systems have largely transitioned to digital technologies, business-to-business (B2B) processes remain stuck in analog workflows. Many B2B transactions still rely on paper documents, emails, and PDF images for communication between buyers, sellers, and third parties. These formats require significant human intervention for tasks such as data entry, reconciliations, verification, quality assurance, approvals, fraud screening, and compliance. This reliance on manual processes increases errors, drives up operating costs, and leaves substantial value untapped.

ABOUT THE CANDIDATE

As the market-facing member of the Product team, your mission is to drive the company's growth in building Agentic AI solutions for financial automation. You bring deep expertise in the B2B enterprise financial software domain and the B2B payments and banking arena. You have a strong ability to develop and deliver AI-powered product innovations that address critical customer needs. With a commercially focused mindset, you excel at crafting and articulating product strategies and roadmaps that align with business objectives and drive measurable success.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Product Manager will drive all aspects of developing and executing on the Company’s vision for the Itemize product set. This role will work cross-functionally on product requirements, development of strategy and roadmaps, and in-market implementation. The Product Manager will interact with the Agile development team to align requirements with development plans. 

Responsibilities include:

• Gather and analyze market and customer intelligence to understand the needs, pain points, and trends in AI adoption for both banks and corporates
• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap to deliver solutions that outperform legacy enterprise software systems
• Collect product and feature requirements from current and prospective customers, sales, and marketing
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and execution by bridging engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to drive efficient product development and delivery
• Write specifications and mockups to assist Development in designing and building new innovations into the Itemize solution suite
• Leverage analytics and key product metrics to track feature adoption, user engagement, and business impact, driving data-informed prioritization
• Evangelize the product and establish thought leadership by representing the company in industry forums, developing case studies, and engaging with key stakeholders

 REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
• 4+ years of work experience in market-facing B2B finance product management roles
• Solid technical background with exposure to software development, web/cloud technologies, Artificial Intelligence, Machine/Deep Learning
• Experience in corporate enterprise finance technologies and/or B2B payments and transaction banking, such as Treasury Management applications
• Experience with Agile and project management tools

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with integrating with Enterprise Applications
