Description

The Product Manager – Coronary is responsible for managing the coronary product portfolio, driving commercial strategy, and supporting cross-functional efforts to grow the business. This role includes product lifecycle management, sales support, marketing content development, and coordination with global teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of cardiovascular products, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to translate market needs into strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution

Β· Support the development and implementation of marketing plans for the coronary portfolio

Β· Analyze customer insights, market data, and competitive trends to inform strategy and messaging

Β· Contribute to brand positioning, sales tools, and tactical marketing campaigns

Β· Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marcom, clinical, R&D) to align marketing activities with commercial goals

Product Management & Commercial Support

Β· Manage day-to-day product lifecycle activities, including product updates, supply coordination, and technical support

Β· Support new product introductions and market expansion activities in collaboration with global and domestic teams

Β· Track product performance metrics and field feedback to identify opportunities for growth or improvement

Β· Partner with sales leadership to develop promotional strategies and training materials

Field Engagement & Enablement

Β· Develop sales enablement tools including brochures, presentations, training decks, and digital content

Β· Participate in sales meetings, clinical trainings, and customer visits to gather insights and reinforce product strategy

Β· Respond to field inquiries with timely and accurate product support

Project Coordination & Operational Execution

Β· Manage timelines, milestones, and cross-functional communications for marketing projects and campaigns

Β· Ensure all materials and communications meet internal regulatory and compliance standards

Maintain accurate records of marketing assets, updatesΒ 

Requirements

Β· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

Β· Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across functions and levels

Β· Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Β· Customer-focused with a passion for improving patient outcomes through effective marketing

Β· Bachelor’s degree in a related field (science, marketing, or business preferred)

Β· 3+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or related roles in the medical device or healthcare space

Β· Strong presentation, analytical, and interpersonal skills

Β· Familiarity with cardiovascular products and/or clinical environments is preferred
