Product Manager - Healthcare

We have an immediate opening for a Product Manager. This position is responsible for driving the strategy, development, and performance of Valcom’s product offerings across various market segments. Responsibilities include a balance of market analysis, product development, translating customer needs and market trends into actionable product strategies, and cross-functional coordination to ensure product success from concept to commercialization.
We are seeking candidates who have knowledge in paging, intercom systems, emergency notification systems, IP and cloud-based solutions, and the healthcare facilities market; five + years of experience in product management, preferably in technology or industrial sectors; excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills; analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making; Bachelor’s degree in business , marketing, or related field required, MBA or advanced degree preferred.
