DescriptionThe Oracle Health Interoperability team owns the products for clinicians to collect, curate, and organize data from disparate systems, making patient and financial data more accessible and usable. The team is responsible for improving connectivity across the healthcare ecosystem, integrating with Oracleβs EHR to provide a seamless customer experience and remaining compliant to meet the needs of our customers. We are building new products to improve connectivity - including applying for TEFCA QHIN nationwide networkΒ and creating new businesses opportunities by working with our planned payer platform. This role will be responsible for leading the overall Interoperability strategy and modernizing the services in the cloud. ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities:
- Execute new business opportunities: Take new ideas through the entire product lifecycle to launch products that drive customer value.
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from defining the strategy and developing the customer pipeline to launching products and features.Β
- Define the roadmap for critical areas ofΒ Oracle Health Interoperability, ensuring alignment with business objectives and establishing industry leadership.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact and customer feedback, partnering with key partners including engineering and go-to-market to deliver.Β
- You create compelling product messaging and content that clearly communications the value proposition to both internal sales teams and external customers.
- Be able to present to executive audiences, partners, customers and articulate product vision and key benefits
- Establish metrics to measure the success and adoption of the products.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
