This position will work in an exciting cross-functional role spanning our Clinical, Product, and Engineering teams. We have built a unique Integrated Continuous Monitoring (ICM) system that combines the best of wearable technology, machine intelligence, and a human care team. Our platform includes a best-in-class clinician portal that gives the care team direct access to the patient and to an unparalleled set of health data. The system was built for clinicians by clinicians and you will be expected to work alongside the clinical team, engineering team, and external clients to manage the development and implementation of the ICM system. You will work with our product development experts and use your clinical expertise to improve the clinician portal to increase provider satisfaction and improve patient outcomes.Β
Responsibilities
Develop care pathways, bespoke to our clinical partners and suited for the the all.health system across a broad range of clinical conditions (i.e. Diabetes, Cardiovascular, etc.)
Work closely with designers, software developers, and other clinicians to provide guidance to develop new features and functionality
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design teams, and customers to identify key areas to improve our product
Use clinical expertise to help design and implement specific elements of our clinician portal including reports, alerts, visualizations, and panel views
Research relevant medical and scientific literature to develop clinical decision support tools for care pathways and notifications
Curate, triage, and prioritize a product roadmap that reflects the needs of stakeholders and company goals and objectives
Execute against product roadmaps for solutions that have been prioritized and propose novel solutions for current problems
Evaluate and iteratively improve products that have been deployed by gathering feedback and conducting clinical customer user research
Articulate and present ideas and execution plans to internal and external stakeholders
Measure acceptance of new features by identifying key success metrics to recognize opportunities for iteration and improvement of clinical products
Ensure that product features meet end user expectations and business requirements
Ensure key customer-experience related requirements are met by working with all.healthβs clinical partners
Effectively understand and break apart product requirements into detailed stories or specifications
Increase the companyβs understanding of the market at large, drive product strategy, and help guide the creation of products that facilitate the transformation of integrated care monitoring (ICM)
Comply with HIPAA rules and regulations

Requirements
MD or DO with a minimum of 3 years of adult primary care experience
Unrestricted license to practice3+ years of experience as a clinical product manager building products focused on digital health and healthcare delivery
Experience using project management tools such as Jira or ClickUp and creating timelines using Gantt charts
Experience conducting customer user research, quality improvement, and working with clinical decision support tools
Experience designing software or hardware products or services a plus
Experience delivering care through telehealth modalities a plus
Significant preference given for candidates from Milwaukee, Chicago, or Madison. Remote or hybrid opportunity considered for the right candidate.
The target annual base salary range for this position is $220,000 - $260,000. The successful candidateβs starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.Β
