Your Role:
Treasure Data is seeking a Lead Product Manager with deep enterprise MarTech and real-time personalization product experience to join our Product Management team. The Real Time Personalization Product Manager will work across the organization to develop, enhance, nurture, and grow the Treasure Data Personalization product business. Using your knowledge of SaaS platforms and product components, you will develop products that our customers will use to engage billions of people. Join us to ensure our large global enterprise customers can unlock the value and leverage their consumer engagement data in novel, innovative ways.

Successful candidates will have enterprise SaaS product management experience, technical and strategic fluency with real-time personalization technologies and APIs, go-to-market and platform product adoption and growth experience, and an entrepreneurial mindset. Additionally, you will be adept at interacting and collaborating with technical, business, and executive levels at global enterprise brands.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Shape and execute the vision and roadmap for our Real-Time personalization products.
  • Identify new opportunities to drive omnichannel personalization solutions in our markets.
  • Act as the voice of the customer and integration partners, forging strong relationships and integrating their perspectives into product strategy and execution.
  • Collaborate with UX and engineering teams to deliver a world-class product, ensuring top-notch customer experiences.
  • Define success metrics for each feature and function, and develop strategies to monitor and ensure success.
  • Foster collaboration across teams, aligning engineering and stakeholders for collective success.
  • Communicate effectively, managing product release communications and ensuring cohesive messaging with product marketing.
  • Represent Treasure Data as a domain expert in various customer and industry engagements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years as a data-driven enterprise SaaS Product Manager in the MarTech domain with significant experience focused on real-time personalization technologies and APIs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA a plus.
  • Strong quantitative analysis and creative problem solving skills leveraged to develop and drive go-to-market strategies and platform adoption growth.
  • Ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams with a clear vision.
  • Analytical thinker who excels in solving complex problems and enhancing customer value and ROI.
  • Deep understanding of Global 2000 marketing departments and the role personalization technologies play in helping them achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Experience in executive presentations and handling sensitive customer situations.
