The OpportunityΒ 
As a Product Manager you will be responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition of our FXIP Product built to service our regional and community bank clients. Strong leadership skills, a desire to drive innovation in the market and a deep understanding of the client community is required. The Product Manager must drive cross-functional success in development, support, sales, and marketing to deliver the product vision and meet organizational goals. We are looking for a confident leader that can analyze the market, manage the full product lifecycle, and effectively engage clients and stakeholders.Β Β

What You’ll DoΒ 
  • Evaluate and document the full functional scope and lifecycle of the FXIP product from client onboarding through payment processing, including reporting requirements.
  • Identify functional and operational gaps in the product, classify impact of each, and prioritize for the development team.Β 
  • Create a competitive analysis covering FinTechs and Dealer Banks, and identify new opportunities for growth as well as potential risks to our strategyΒ 
  • Develop a product roadmap over 1-, 2- and 3-year time horizons, including investment and revenue projectionsΒ 
  • Work closely with the implementation team to create repeatable processes and innovative tools to expedite client onboardingΒ 
  • Assist Sales by demonstrating the product to potential clients and identifying points of friction in the Sales cycle. Produce recommendations for addressing those points of friction to reduce sales cycle times.Β

  • 10+ years relevant experience in product managementΒ 
  • Direct experience in payment processing or foreign exchangeΒ Β 
  • Excellent communications skills – written, verbal, and presentationΒ Β 
  • Strong background in product development for the financial marketΒ 
  • Highly developed direct and indirect leadership skillsΒ 
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to innovateΒ 
  • Knowledge of modern product management practices and Go-To-Market strategiesΒ 
  • Broad understanding of the commercial banking industryΒ Β
