We're seeking a results oriented Head of Product eager to have a huge impact at a high-growth SaaS company working with high-impact nonprofits as we continue to expand across the country. You'll report directly to the technical CEO and manage our product & engineering teams to deliver business outcomes and project manage key initiatives.
Define the process and steps for creating, managing, and ultimately delivering the Product Roadmap
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to understand pain points and translate them into user-centric Product Epics
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to align product strategy and releases
Research industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies relevant to nonprofit technology
Analyze product performance metrics and end-user behaviors for a data-driven approach to feature development and prioritization
Manage product managers across different functional engineering teams
Oversee feature deployment and launch strategies, creating internal and external resources as necessary
Scope software integration requests as part of our overall execution strategy to work with other nonprofit technology providers
Ensure industry-specific compliance standards and maintain product stability and security
