Why We Need You
We’re seeking an experienced and dynamic Growth Product Manager to join our fast growing team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of defining, refining, and driving the operational strategy for our key projects, from initial concept through to post-launch. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure that our products not only meet customer expectations but also contribute to the long-term success and vision of the company. Your ability to manage the full product lifecycle, from market research to post-launch analysis, will be crucial in creating seamless, impactful user experiences and driving customer satisfaction.
Role Responsibilities
- Develop Product Strategy: Create and execute product strategies that align with the company’s overall goals and vision. This includes defining clear objectives, establishing success metrics, and ensuring the product aligns with market needs and customer expectations.
- Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain detailed product roadmaps, outlining key milestones and deliverables. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure features and requirements are prioritized according to strategic goals, and adjust the roadmap based on evolving business needs and customer feedback.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with leadership, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure smooth execution. Your role will be critical in aligning cross-functional efforts to achieve product goals and ensure teams are working in sync.
- Customer Experience: Design onboarding and customer journey touchpoints to enhance user experience.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use data to drive product decisions, testing hypotheses to identify growth opportunities and areas for optimization. Regularly analyze customer feedback, product performance metrics, and market trends to inform decisions on product features, updates, and overall strategy.
- Customer Success:Develop and implement customer success strategies to improve user satisfaction, retention, and overall engagement. Work with the customer experience and support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to user support and knowledge sharing.
- Product Launch: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring timely and successful launches.
- Process Optimization: Refine product development workflows to improve efficiency and reduce time-to-market.
- Feedback Loops: Collect and analyze customer feedback to guide product decisions.
- Innovation: Stay updated on trends and suggest features that enhance the product and drive engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA with at least 3 years of equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in product management, with a focus on software of Fintech products
- Proven track record of managing full product lifecycles and delivering impactful products.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure attention to detail.
- Experience using data to drive decisions and optimize product direction.
- Excellent at fostering teamwork, aligning stakeholders, and driving collaboration.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with HubSpot, Asana/Jira, analytics platforms (TBD), and AI prompts (e.g., GPT-4 or similar).
