With the latest advances in AI/ML, we have the opportunity to rethink the traditional ads stack to deliver unique high-quality experiences to our customers that were traditionally outside the realm of possibility. This Ads Product Leader role can be a senior individual contributor focusing on the ads ML stack with the goal of improving the value to advertisers and shoppers.Β Β

Product ownership for CMG Ads.Β Β
Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to re-imagine our ads experience to deliver unique customer experiences while directing day-to-day execution towards the vision.Β Β
Launch and improve ad products that surface highly relevant results for consumers and better conversion for advertisersΒ Β
Work closely with business, engineering, internal/external partners, and customers to define project requirements and success criteriaΒ Β
Effectively communicate, collaborate and drive alignment with a variety of stakeholders including senior executives to ensure highly scalable and performance end-to-end experience for advertisers and shoppers.Β Β

Qualifications:Β Β
6+ years of product management experience developing and launching products in the advertising or recommendations domainΒ
Proven ability to deliver in a complex stakeholder and partner team environmentΒ Β
Hands-on experience working in an Agile environment with a short iteration cadenceΒ Β
Multiple successful launches of V1 products in a rapid growth environmentΒ Β
Excellent verbal and written communication skillsΒ Β
Demonstrated ability to understand technical challenges and make educated trade-offsΒ Β

Preferred:Β Β
Masterβs degree in an analytical or engineering discipline or MBA preferredΒ Β
