Job Summary & Responsibilities: Β
Β
β’ New product development and sustaining product oversight for the microfluidics portfolio.
β’ Strong collaboration with R&D to deliver product roadmap. Β
β’ Drive execution on multi-generational product strategy, roadmaps, quality, technology additions
and margin improvement projects.
β’ Keeping close to the market trends and assess viability of new technologies.
β’ Develop relationships with key opinion leaders across the globe.
β’ Develops and delivers training content for customers, technical teams and sales for both new
and existing products.
β’ Establishes pricing strategies for on-market and upcoming product launches
β’ Monitors competitive landscape, aligning strategy and tactics to drive growth.
β’ Cross functional partnering for problem solving with our customers, operations, quality, sales,
etc. Β Aid to remove any barriers to growing business sales and expanding the portfolio.
β’ Provide front line customer support by continuously monitoring and resolving customer
complaints.
β’ Drive continuous improvement processes cross functionally to drive top line growth, margin
improvement and customer satisfaction.

Basic Qualifications:
Β
β’ Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline or sciences.
β’ 5 + years of experience in technical product management with strong exposure to regulated
markets and technologies.
β’ 5 + years of experience working in R&D and/or Product Management to develop and launch
such products.

Preferred Qualifications:
Β
Β Capillary ElectrophoresisΒ
β’ MBA or Advanced Degree is preferred
β’ Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans that meet business and customer needs.
β’ Strong business acumen, analytical, decision making, communication and influencing skills.
β’ Must be able to accomplish results in a cross-functional team environment, exhibiting formal
and informal leadership skills, strong goal / results orientation and strong communication skills.
