Career Level - M4
As a Director of Product Management, you will lead a team of PMs that define product strategy, requirements, roadmap, track and drive adoption, and gather and analyze information to define product and feature definitions for the Life Cycle Management of Oracle Health Applications deployed on the Oracle Public Cloud Infrastructure . This entails understanding of the Oracle Health application stack architecture plus entire deployment and upgrade cycles, and all the internal tools that are used, and then leading the product team to innovate and replace those tools with automation and modernized tools built on the Oralce Public Cloud Infrastructure. You will review the product teams output, ensure that the proposals meet our defined business and customer objectives, successfully shape the roadmap and deliver presentations and product materials to senior leadership.
You will also lead interactions across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure unit objectives are met and influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations is important. Play a crucial role in defining and driving entire products and major product areas that enable our customers to deliver seamless experience for end consumers.
