As Director of Product Management, you’ll own the strategy, structure, and execution of the entire gWorks Cloud platform. You’ll lead a team of 5–6 Product Owners and 2 Business Analysts, driving a cross-functional approach to product development that blends business outcomes with deep client empathy.

This is a high-impact leadership role reporting to the Chief Product and Technology Officer, responsible for aligning teams around a unified product vision, optimizing product operations, and delivering platform-wide value that scales with our growth.

  • Drive Cross-Functional Alignment
Serve as a strategic connector between Product, Engineering, Client Success, Sales, and Marketing. Align teams around shared outcomes and cohesive platform experiences.
