Position:Β Director, Product &Β Strategy

The MonogramΒ Health Director, Product & Strategy will work closely with leadership to support high priority strategic initiatives.Β  The Director, Product & Strategy will work across business units to support advanced market and external research coupled with quantitative and qualitative insights, provide recommendations to senior management, and demonstrate thought leadership.Β  They will manage various strategy projects and support the scoping, opportunity sizing, and feasibility assessment of new products and capabilities including the development of new strategies and product opportunities. The Director, Product & Strategy will quickly develop rapport with Senior Leadership as a core member of Monogram’s strategy team and will support leadership to deliver on a variety of strategic initiatives as appropriate based on business needs. The ideal candidate will have strong consulting, strategy, analytic and problem-solving experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Work hand-in-hand with business leaders to analyze, manage, and execute new strategic and product opportunities to drive growth and differentiation in a dynamic industry.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and support of ongoing development, refinement, and articulation of key priorities for the strategy team.
  • Manage and execute against a variety of strategic projects, while solving complex business problems and developing communication (e.g., memorandums, presentations) for a C-Suite audience.
  • Develop executive-level PowerPoint presentations for executive stakeholders to communicate strategy and vision, helping to drive transparency and alignment on multi-year roadmap and product playbooks.
  • Build project plans, processes, workflows, and other tactical and operational needs while working collaboratively across business segments to drive projects to execution.
  • Responsible for collaborating with leadership and team around program development and ongoing improvement and communication of key initiatives, while tracking and reporting on key organizational objectives, metrics and performance results that define success.Β 
  • Conduct advanced market research, monitor industry trends, interpret research & intelligence, and listen to investor calls and synthesize complex information and data points into meaningful insights, ultimately producing executive level summaries/recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Exemplary interpersonal skills and a proven ability to affect change, while maintaining effective relationships across interdisciplinary teams.
  • Support Monogram Health as necessary with any tasks or projects required to deliver excellent personalized kidney care and perform all other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • Graduate degree in relevant course of study (e.g., MBA) strongly preferred.
  • 4+ years of healthcare strategy, product development, management consulting, or M&A experience.Β 
  • Experience in startup environments or growth stage companies strongly preferred; in lieu of specific company stage experience, track record of launching new strategic initiatives within larger corporate environments.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills both in person and on the phone; track record of successfully delivering recommendations and building rapport at an executive level.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindsetΒ 
  • Detail oriented, excellent prioritization, and time management skills.Ҁ¯Ò€¯ 
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple assignments.Ҁ¯ 
  • Computer skills: Salesforce, Excel, Power Point, data visualization software
  • Travel required as business needs dictate.
