Job Description
The Digital Product Manager is responsible for defining, delivering, and managing the lifecycle of one or more products in Allstate's growing product portfolio. They manage strategic product vision, product discovery, roadmaps, and backlog to maximize the customer and enterprise value provided by their product. Successful Digital Product Managers help to identify assumptions and validate those assumptions using product discovery techniques. They are responsible for working closely with key stakeholders and partners, ensuring the successful definition and execution of go-to market and communications strategies for their products.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Create, drive, and execute product strategy for one or more products in our growing digital product portfolio.
β’ Engage in discovery/test & learn activities to quickly validate assumptions and product direction.
β’ Be recognized as the voice of the customer"; invest significant time with current and potential customers to understand their needs & habits."
β’ Define and manage KPIs and metrics to measure and drive the value that your product brings, while understanding how your product performs.
β’ Use customer feedback, detailed market analysis, and data gathering to make decisions about product strategy.
β’ Coach and mentor members of the team as well as members of the cross-functional development organization on how to collaborate and conduct idea generation, consumer research, test design and execution, measurement, product implementation, customer interactions and roll out.
β’ Manage the product backlog, create an effective vision, and provide timely stakeholder feedback on development/engineering iterations.
β’ Effectively manage product management ceremonies, ensuring the product team operates efficiently and effectively, delivering iterative value at speed.
Education
β’ 4 year Bachelorβs Degree (Preferred)
Experience
Β·4+ years of DPM experience required.
Β·Knowledge and experience in Identity and Access Management domain (3-5 years is required)
Β·Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, Entra ID, and ADFS is recommended.
