The Development Interlock Program Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective communication, coordination, and execution across multiple development teams and the NACI Sales organization. This position requires strong organizational skills, a deep understanding of software development processes, and the ability to foster collaboration in a fast paced, agile environment. QUALIFICATIONS:Β Β
Β§Education: Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.Β
Β§Experience: 10+ years of experience in software development, project coordination, or a similar role.
Β§Relationships: Existing strong relationships with Oracle Executives and Development Leaders required

ΒStrong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.Β

ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Β Β
Β§Cross-Team Coordination:Β Facilitate interlock meetings between development teams to align on project goals, timelines, and dependencies.Β
Β§Dependency Management:Β Identify, track, and resolve inter-team dependencies to ensure smooth project execution.Β
Β§Communication Hub:Β Act as the central point of contact for development teams, ensuring clear and timely communication of updates, risks, and resolutions.Β
Β§Process Improvement:Β Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve collaboration across teams.Β
Β§Reporting & Metrics:Β Maintain dashboards and reports to track interlock activities, dependencies, and resolution timelines.Β
Β§Stakeholder Engagement:Β Collaborate with engineering leads, product managers, and program managers to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.Β
Β§Risk Management:Β Proactively identify potential risks to project delivery and work with teams to mitigate them.Β
Β§Documentation:Β Maintain documentation of interlock processes, decisions, and outcomes for reference and knowledge sharing.Β

May be eligible for bonus and equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
