Mō te tΕ«ranga | What you’ll be doingΒ Β Β Β 

You’ll play a crucial role in managing New Zealand’s most iconic hydro generation and renewable energy assets. Your expertise will ensure the integrity and reliability of vital generation infrastructure, and your technical acumen will contribute to the enhancements of these assets, supporting sustainable energy generation while safeguarding communities and the environment.Β 

You'll contribute to the delivery of Meridian’s Dam Safety Assurance Programme and to Dam Safety Regulation Compliance. This includes:Β 

  • Contribute to dam safety reviews (intermediate and comprehensive).

  • Monitor and resolve dam safety issues.

  • Plan emergency response and dam safety investigations.

  • Provide civil advice to other renewable energy assets and sites, including wind farms, solar farms and battery sites, in areas such as roading, drainage, and slope and retaining structures engineering.
