Description

The Corporate Center Program promotes coordination across three core pillars of ‘People’, ‘Community’, and ‘Workplace’ for all businesses and functions in the firm’s Corporate Centers around the globe. Each Corporate Center’s local leadership team consists of Location Leaders, acting as executive sponsors for the Corporate Centers, and Location Managers, serving as on-site coordinators. The leadership team focuses on creating world-class campuses that operate efficiently and effectively as a single community.

The Corporate Center Program is seeking a Vice President - Program Manager to manage program projects, ad hoc requirements, provide support across Corporate Centers, and coordinate with firmwide programs as appropriate, including partnerships and deliverables with key stakeholders (i.e. GRE, HR, Tech, MLT, etc). This role requires strong project management and business management abilities and experience. 

Position Responsibilities:

  • End to end large scale project management of location specific and firmwide initiatives impacting our global Corporate Centers. 
  • Partner with XLOB and strategic partners to ensure Corporate Center Program project deliverables are met.
  • Build and maintain essential partnerships with all Location Managers globally to effectively execute core program requirements.
  • Leverage Corporate Center Program KPIs and scorecards to identify areas of enhancement and improvement.
  • Partner closely with Global Real Estate and Change Management for all changes impacting Corporate Centers.  
  • Support business management responsibilities including headcount projections, staffing models, location coverage models, onboarding & offboarding, communication channels and site-specific efforts. 
  • Assist PMO team with budget planning & budget management.
  • Support the facilitation, planning and execution of Location Management events and initiatives. 
  • Partner with PMO team to execute our book of work.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

  • 7+ years of Business Management and Project Management background required.
  • Ability to lead and influence key stakeholders and executives based on data and strategic direction.
  • Deep understanding of cross-functional partnerships and heavily matrixed organizations. 
  • Robust organizational and project management abilities, superior attention-to-detail, and self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships and effectively partner with all levels of the organization across all functions and all geographies to foster a collaborative, positive culture across all locations globally.
  • Advanced Microsoft Suite abilities required.
