Who We Need

​​We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager with 3-5 years experience in the software development industry to help streamline processes and keep our product initiatives running smoothly so that investors, customers, and stakeholders stay happy.

This person will be a master organizer and communicator, ensuring alignment across teams, projects, and priorities. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, obsess over the details, enjoy bringing structure to complex workflows, and are eager to contribute to a growing company.

You have experience with software products and understand the nuances of working in a tech-driven environment. You’re detail-oriented, proactive, and excel at anticipating needs before they arise.

Role Responsibilities

On a daily basis, this person will be deeply involved in product operations, supporting the product team with research, coordination, and execution of key initiatives. This role bridges the gap between stakeholder and customer insights and product development, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient communication across teams.

You might see this person:

  • Assisting with product research, gathering customer feedback, and analyzing usage data to inform product decisions.
  • Coordinating product releases by managing documentation, tracking timelines, and communicating updates.
  • Supporting backlog management by organizing feature requests, user feedback, and bug reports.
  • Collaborating with customer support to identify trends in issues and help prioritize product improvements.
  • Creating and maintaining internal documentation, including product guides and training materials.
  • Assisting in testing new features and ensuring a seamless user experience before release.
  • Supporting product-related initiatives such as customer interviews, surveys, or beta testing programs.

This Person Will:

  • Be detail-oriented – track feature requests, bug reports, and updates to keep the product moving forward.
  • Be a problem solver – analyze issues, identify patterns, and propose process improvements.
  • Support product execution – help streamline workflows, document requirements, and assist in product planning.
  • Act as a bridge – facilitate communication between customer support, product, and engineering teams.
  • Stay organized – manage timelines, coordinate meetings, and ensure key deliverables are met.

Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $60,000-$70,000 per year, commensurate with experience
