Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Associate Product Manager to join our Product team. As an Associate Product Manager, you will work with other Product team members to deliver new products and features. You will assist with customer and market research, collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, provide input into product roadmaps, and ensure successful product releases. The Associate Product Manager is the coordinates across internal departments to ensure product enhancements and features are aligned with customer needs and business objectives.Ā The Associate Product Manager is knowledgeable in agile software development and SaaS practices and helps drive the development and implementation of new products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Product Roadmap: Provide input and recommendations on product roadmap to more senior Product team members.
- Market Research: Assist in market research efforts under the direction of more senior Product team members to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive analysis.
- Customer Insights: Engage with customers and gather feedback to understand their pain points, requirements, and opportunities for product improvement.
- Requirements Definition: Translate customer insights and business requirements into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Backlog Management: Work individually or with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact product delivery.
- Product Development: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver high-quality software products, ensuring on-time and within-budget releases.
- Agile Methodology: Lead & participate in Agile development methodologies to promote the efficient delivery of features and enhancements.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to make well-informed decisions and continuously optimize product performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, sales, customer support, and other teams, as required to ensure successful product launches, adoption, and support. Communicate and train internal stakeholders on product enhancements and new product launches.
- Other tasks as assigned: Perform other tasks as required to ensure successful functioning of team and delivery of products on schedule and budget.Ā May include tasks typically assigned to more junior Product team members.
About You:
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 2+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful SaaS-based products.
- Automotive industry experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with Agile development processes.
- Ability to problem-solve based on customer and business needs.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, product usage tracking tools (Pendo, GainSight, etc.), UX design tools (Figma), strategy and road mapping tools (Aha!), and ticket tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.) strongly preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
